In order to continually improve ESL support services, it is helpful to collect feedback from colleagues on various issues, as listed below. We request your attention therefore to the following form.

Please do not feel obliged to respond to all of the questions or requests for information below. Any feedback you give will help us to better support you and the ESL students in your classes.

1. List the aspects of the work they have to do in your subject that cause ESL students the most difficulties?
2. List any specific words or concepts that you feel all ESL students should know for your subject?
3. List any skills that you feel all ESL students should have for your subject?
4. Are you generally satisfied with the way ESL students are being prepared for your lessons?
5. Are you generally satisfied with the way ESL students are working and progressing in your subject?
6. Do you feel you have been given enough support by the ESL teacher(s)?
7. Do you feel sufficiently well-informed on ways to get the best out of the ESL students in your classes?
8. Would it be helpful for an ESL teacher to give in-class support to any of your students?
9. Do you have any general questions or comments concerning the ESL students in your classes?
10. Do you have any questions or comments concerning specific ESL students in your classes?
