Make your own quiz: Easy words
On the right is an alphabetical list of 100 easy words. Click a word to see its definition and an example sentence. If you want to include the word in your quiz, double click it or click Select. The word will then appear in red in the selected words list. (If you double click a red word, you will remove it from the list.) When you have finished selecting your words, click a number button to start a quiz with your words.

For some quizzes you must select an exact number of words; for other quizzes you can select between 5 and 20 words. Move the mouse over the number button to see what kind of quiz it is and how many words are required. (If you have selected less than the required number of words for a quiz, the computer will fill your list at random, if you wish.)

You can ask the computer to select all 20 words at random and choose the quiz type for you. If you want to do this, click Random. (You can then immediately change the quiz to the quiz type you prefer.)

To return to this instruction page at any time, click ReStart at top right. (Clicking F5/Refresh or the Back button will cause the programs not to work.)
